MinING

Cubage, weighing, sampling, moisture and density determination of mine concentrates dispatch and reception control in port warehouses.

FOOD
Controls in the food chain is an important factor in the sustainability and commercialization of the environment, so our services are focused on security solutions and support to the commercial activities of our customers, minimizing all types of risk in the logistics chain, industrial plants, farms, containers, warehouses, etc., of processed and unprocessed products, canned food, agricultural, fishing, aquaculture, grains, etc. for import and export.
The preparation of certificates as a result of the inspections takes into consideration:

Empty container inspection as per BASC standards.

Container stowage process.

Types of boxes or masters.

Batches.
-
Quantity shipped.
-
Cargo condition.
-
Packing, storage, loading and unloading procedure.

Product marking.

Declared weight and product temperature.

Supervision of container loading and sealing process.

10 photos of the container are usually provided: Empty, Half, Full, Sealed and of the product.

GRAINS AND FERTILIZERS
The service entails the inspection of loading, unloading, quantity and storage conditions and the following control points are considered:

Condition of cargo in holds at vessel’s arrival.

Condition of cargo stowage.
-
Review of critical points on vessel (e.g. bilges, hatch covers and coamings).

Weight determination by DRAFT SURVEY (initial and final).

Quality control when required.

Supervision of unloading process, scales.

Trolley control.

Warehouse supervision, conditions before unloading.

Supervision of warehouse storage.
